Dentdale Over-60's held a fund-raising event in the Memorial Hall in Dent on 21^st July. It was a lovely afternoon, and many old and new friends, as well as visitors, enjoyed strawberry teas and other refreshments, together with a good chat. There were stalls for bring and buy, cakes and produce, books and bric-a-brac, and an excellent raffle. Thank you to everyone for donations, gifts for the stalls, home-made cakes and raffle prizes. It was a very successful and enjoyable event. The proceeds will go towards the cost of the Christmas Party.
